NIKKE Tier List: Best Goddesses Ranked

Starting a new gacha RPG can be a bit overwhelming, but you want to make sure you’re ready to face any enemy that comes your way. That’s where our Goddess of Victory NIKKE tier list comes to the rescue! We’ve ranked all the top characters in the game for you.

Before you decide which characters to roll with, it’s crucial to understand the game’s mechanics so you can build an amazing team with any characters you get your hands on.

Some of the top characters in the current meta are the ones who excel in PvE mode (campaign mode), as that’s the game mode every player needs to focus on at first. These characters not only shine individually but also fit well in most teams.

Keep in mind, though, some characters might need a bit of skill to reach their full potential (like Scarlet, who deals more damage when her HP is low).

But don’t worry, we’ve ranked every character in the game, along with important notes for each one.

We’ll dive into the full-tier list below:

S+ Tier

NIKKE tier list
  • Scarlet
  • Ludmilla
  • Liter
  • Nihilister

At the pinnacle of the NIKKE tier list, we find Scarlet, Ludmilla, and Liter, three powerhouse characters currently dominating PvE.

Scarlet is a top-tier unit but requires a high-risk-high-reward strategy, as her damage output increases when her HP is low. Ludmilla, on the other hand, debuffs the enemy’s ATK and DEF, making her invaluable. Combine that with her Taunt ability and increased DEF for allies, and you’ve got an amazing tank.

Liter is a bit of a jack of all trades, as she can heal allies, deal damage, and buff their attack. This makes her one of the best units to have (or even a “must-have”) for most end-game teams.

S Tier

  • Pepper
  • Privaty
  • Novel
  • Harran
  • Guilty
  • Volume
  • Noah
  • Cocoa
  • Makima
  • Sakura

Pepper makes for an incredible support unit if you don’t have Liter, offering plenty of sustain for your team.

While she doesn’t buff allies’ attacks like Liter does, her healing ability is just as good, if not better. As for the other units, Privaty is one of our personal favorites, thanks to her lightning-fast reload speed and ability to fit into any team.

Harran is another great pick, especially if you’re into burst damage, as her Death Scythe skill is super fun to use.

A Tier

  • Admi
  • Dolla
  • Sugar
  • Viper
  • Snow White
  • Guillotine
  • Poli
  • Signal
  • Helm
  • Julia
  • Neon
  • Exia
  • Quency
  • Rapi
  • Laplace
  • Drake
  • Yuni
  • Jackel
  • Modernia
  • Brid
  • Jackal
  • Sin
  • Soda
  • Power
  • Biscuit
  • Shifty

In the A tier, we’ve got a mix of excellent SR and SSR units. If you’re planning to reroll, aim for at least one of these SRs on your pull, along with an S or S+ tier unit.

Neon is the first SR support character in this tier, while Rapi is the SR attacker. Neon is fantastic for boosting allies’ Crit Rate and increasing Max Ammo Capacity (for Shotgun users), making her a perfect match with Pepper, Sugar, Poli, or Drake.

As for the SSRs, they pack a punch when it comes to damage. Take Snow White, for example – her damage output is impressive once her passive kicks in.

B Tier

  • N102
  • Maxwell
  • Emma
  • Frima
  • Anis
  • Belorta
  • Delta
  • Rapunzel
  • Anne: Miracle Fairy
  • Yan
  • Rupee: Winter Shopper
  • Noise
  • Miranda
  • Milk
  • Maiden
  • Crow
  • Centi
  • Alice
  • Himeno

In the B tier, we find some intriguing units. Although they’re SR instead of SSR rarity, they can still be quite effective in much of the game’s content.

Take Anis, for example. She’s a defender-type unit that can increase her own DEF and mitigate some incoming damage for two allies, while also briefly reducing the enemy’s DEF. Maxwell is a decent DPS character if you don’t have any better options, as her bullets have a piercing effect—perfect for dealing with large waves of enemies.

C Tier

  • Aria
  • Ether
  • Diesel
  • Mica
  • Yulha
  • Folkwang
  • Epinel
  • Neve
  • Mary

While some of these units show potential, they sadly don’t measure up when compared to higher-ranked characters on our Goddess of Victory: NIKKE tier list.

Aria’s Allegro and Lacrimoso offer nice passive buffs to other units, but her active skill isn’t as impressive. The same goes for Mary, who is a decent healer (if you don’t have better HP regen units) but falls short when compared to someone like Pepper, who can handle both health restoration and damage.

D Tier

  • Mihara
  • Vesti
  • Soline
  • Eunhwa
  • Isabel
  • iDoll Sun
  • iDoll Ocean
  • iDoll Flower
  • Product 23
  • Product 12
  • Product 08
  • Soldier OW
  • Soldier FA
  • Soldier EG

The lowest-ranking units in this tier aren’t likely to find a place in any team within the current meta.

These characters mainly serve as fillers, and you might use them in the beginning just to round out your team. However, you’ll quickly replace them with better options. Unfortunately, there isn’t much use for them in the current meta, even if they are SSR characters like Vesti, Soline, Isabel, and Eunhwa.
